ANVI MELA 2022
BACKGROUND
Kala Kunj Foundation with the aim of encouraging women on the occasion of World Entrepreneurship Day, organized a three-day Anvi fair on August 19, 20, 21 at Raag Bhopali Complex, No. 10 Market. The main theme behind this idea is to empower women entrepreneurs and to support their self made products by promoting it and also give a platform where they can market their product.
The whole exhibition was organized by Mrs. Pooja Shree Chouksey (Founder of Kalakunj Foundation).
Anvi fair was inaugurated by Hon’ble Mayor Smt. Malti Rai on 19th August. On August 20, Shri P Narhari, Secretary MSME and Commissioner Madhya Pradesh, addressed the Anvi Mela as chief guest and spokesperson. World Entrepreneurship Day was celebrated on 21st August with the theme of ‘Walk for Cause Ramp’ and ‘Fashion Show’ in which Mrs. Anubha Srivastava, Commissioner Handlooms and Handicrafts was the Chief Guest.
ABOUT THE EVENT
DAY 1
On day 1 , Anvi fair was inaugurated by Hon’ble Mayor and on the special occasion of Janmashtami, fancy dress competition and Bhajan Sandhya were also organized. To encourage women, 27 stalls have been set up which was further inaugurated by Hon’ble Mayor Mrs. MALTI RAI with founder of KALAKUNJ FOUNDATION, Mrs. PoojaShree Chouksey. After Inauguration Ceremony Mrs. Malti Rai Addresses all the Exhibitors and their Art with great positive appreciation and also provides a future vision for Women Entrepreneurs .
All 27 stalls were handled and organized by women entrepreneurs which gives a strong message of Self belief to society .Apart from this kalakunj also organized several activities on the occasion of JANMASHTAMI such as FANCY DRESS COMPETITION , RAASLEELA and BHAJAN NIGHT.
Fancy Dress Competition is held on the theme of Radha Krishna in Which top 3 participants were honored with trophy and certifications by kalakunj. RASSLEELA was also performed by Team Inqalaab Group in which students gave a beautiful performance dedicated to Lord Krishna and Radha’s Life. After Raasleela BHAJAN NIGHT was organized in which all the crowd were dancing in the musical vibes of Lord Krishna.
DAY 2
On the second day of Anvi Mela 2022 presented by Kala Kunj Anvi Entrepreneur Dialogue was organized in which six startups affectionately shared their experiences. Harsh Vardhan Mishra to CEO Easy Services Akash Thakur Founder Director & CEO, Arnav Mishra, Dr Sonia Srivastava Navneet Vyas ,Aruna Singh, S.H. Abbas Mehndi additional director & oic commanded this dialogue and provided information about startups and small scale industries to the youth.Chief guest of 2nd day program, Commissioner Industries and secretary of MSME Shri P Narhari ji addressed women entrepreneurs at Anvi Mela and provided information about startup schemes as well as how to get loans, how startups can grow with the help of their Advice and Mentorship.
Along with a Dance performances, Out of the box Band also concluded the cultural program with its performance.
There was a very good response from the people. On the second day of the Anvi fair, people are being decorated a lot by handicraft goods presented by women entrepreneurs and people are encouraging their creativity.
Day 3
On the last day of Anvi Mela 2022 presented by Kala Kunj, amidst heavy rains that day, all the scheduled programs continued with the same ease and enthusiasm, Special presentations were open mic in which the people coming to the fair sang their songs, Poems and singing art were presented. Group dances were also performed. And all the women presented their product through a ramp walk.Our chief guest in today’s program was Mrs. Anubha Srivastava who is Commissioner Handloom and Handicrafts, MD Khadi Board and CEO of Matikala.Ojaswini Tripathi was the winner in the ramp walk.First Runner Up Shri Shikha Second Runner Up Ekta Sareen.The group dance was won by the team of Ruchi Dhote and Pranjali Soni.On the Third day of program Anvi Mela, our chief guest Mrs. Anubha Srivastava addressed the women entrepreneurs. Along with this, another special guest of ours, Ms. Megha Parmar ji also encouraged the women through her speech.
Despite the heavy rain, the huge presence of the audience and people kept the spirit of the women entrepreneur and helped in making the World Entrepreneurship Day a success.
